Step 1. Fill up the registration form. A form no. & password will be given to proceed further. This will be available on your e-mail address.
Step 2. All mandatory fields must be filled properly in the ‘Online Registration Form’.
Step 3. Upload the documents and photographs.
Step 4. Pay Online
(You will receive an acknowledgement mail with a provisional registration number and online payment ID.)
Step 5. Using the form no. & password access your form to REVIEW. Upload the pending documents from Upload Documents.

Note: Form without these documents will not be considered, Last date of submission of filled up form 15th December 2023 (8:30 am to 12 pm).
